What would it take to get the 7OA from Van, without giving up 9 or either of last years first rounders? Since they have so many holes, would they be willing to take a bigger package of depth players with upside?

7 and 37 for 9 and 26 might work.

I don't see the point in moving up 2 spots. My question was more so to grab 7 in addition to 9. I might be way off here, but would Nam, Howden and/or a d prospect, 26 & 28 get it done? Definitely helps fill some holes for Van.

Ahh I see. Don't know if it makes much sense for VAN to move the 7 for that caliber of a package.

I think Vancouver needs to fill some holes, obviously. Getting a good young, NHL role player plus 3 prospects seems like a fair deal. It's not a sexy deal by any means though.

I mean sure depending how big the package is it makes more sense. They are just still so far away that giving away a top 10 talent has to be for a very very strong package.

I think EDM at 10 might be the better target but all depends who’s there. I think EDM might take a package of 26 Namestnikov Howden and Lindgren. 2 good prospects, still get a pick in the 1st round and a guy that’s proven when he plays with elite talent he can put points on the board.

Enzo, there is no "Earning" the mock draft choice. The spot was open for hours and I was the first Chicago fan to jump on it. You could've had it too .

he is a meh skater. weak in his own zone. and soft as a baby's bottom.

EDIT: I would even take Veleno over Bouchard. Though at 8 might be a bit of a reach for Veleno.

He's not any of this. His skating ability is fine, it's just not as good as Hughes, Dahlin, Boqvist or Dobson. He's not weak at all.

I’ve been reading about people questioning his ability to defend. People are saying he needs some work in his own end, and by some work I mean a lot. Never seen him play just going on what I’ve read.

I think this draft will reflect the real draft with Boqvist and Bouchard falling.
